I absolutely love this quiche! It’s super tasty! And you can’t get any easier!
I printed off a version of this recipe from GroupRecipes.com back in 2009. I wasn’t sure the first time I made it that I would like the flavor combinations. So I ended up altering the ingredients a bit, and it just works. The cheeses and the crab give it a richness without any heavy cream or butter added. I love getting a bite of the tangy blue cheese, which just perfectly cuts the richness. These flavors together make this quiche taste fancy (if you can describe a food like that).
My husband and I love to eat the leftovers of this quiche for a super quick before-work breakfast during the week. Sure, the crust is a little soft when reheated in the microwave, but the delicious flavor makes up for that. 🙂
